It’s a hard sell to ask prospects to trust you. Because trust isn’t just handed over. It has to be earned. When Kelley Blue Book asked us to make “trust” the central theme in their new ad campaign, we knew we had to back up the trustworthiness claim.
KBB’s target audience for their appraisal software is used car dealers. Car dealers’ biggest appraisal pain? Getting customers to trust them.
So we made this print and digital campaign about connecting with those customers, positioning KBB as the third party customers and dealers can both trust. Focusing on customers instead of cars made this campaign stand out in a big way.
